According to sence 

1.Assertive - Which denotes deny or offirm. 

Example-

Radha plays football. 
Krishan donot plays football. 



2. Introgative -Which asks questions. 

Does she play? 
Did  I play? 

3.Imperative-Which denotes request, order, command, Advice, Forbed. 

Example

Please help me. 
Bring a chair. 
Fight well. 
Take medicine trice a day. 
Donot play here. 

Note-Imperative Sentence always begines with principle verb. 

4.Optative-Which denotes heartest, wisher, blessings. 

Example

God bless you. 
May you live long. 

5.Exclamatary-Which expressed extreme, joy, sorrow, wonder. 

Joy- Bravo/Hurrah! I have own. 

Hatred-Fie/Fie! Upon you. 

Wonder-What how so such what a time day. 

Sorrow-oh/Ah! /Alas!  She dead. 

ACCORDING  TO STRUCTURE

1.SIMPLE-A sentence which has only one subject and one finite verb.

Birds fly in the sky.

2.COMPOUND - A  sentence which is made out of two or more independent clause.

Water is cold but fire is hot.

3.COMLEX-A sentence which is made out of a principal and a subordinate clause.
 
We know that he is ill.
